		<description>I don&#039;t think it&#039;s bad advice at all. You are correct. There are many tasty frozen dinner selections on the market. Just be sure to read the Nutrition Facts label closely and find one that fits your needs in terms of the amount of protein (more is good), total fat and saturated fat (less is better), fiber (look for a higher number) and sodium (lower number) unless a medical condition has you following a certain medical nutrition diet.
